Crown Tanks of Canada Ltd. designed our proprietary press to stamp our own heavy duty, reversed heads to provide added strength and stability.  The overlap weld allows a stronger, cleaner weld and round, custom carrying handles are provided on each head to be strong and functional.

Crown Tanks of Canada Ltd. manufactures every tank using only 12 gauge steel with all tanks meeting UL/ULC specifications.  Each tank is tested to meet our strict quality assurance standards.

CONSTRUCTION

Crown Tanks of Canada Ltd. uses a sophisticated five-step process to provide the finest paint finish in the industry.  After quality assurance testing, each tank is pre-treated with an iron phosphate cleaning process then run through a drier to ensure a tight bond between the paint and steel.  The tank then passes through a powder coating process where a beautiful, yet tough, weather resistant coating is applied.  The final step is the baking process where the coating is cured.

Crown Tanks of Canada Ltd. provides a five year minuim warranty on every tank for defects due to manufacturing.

Crown Tanks of Canada Ltd.  palletizes and bands all tanks to a wood pallet for safe shipping, unloaded by fork lift trucks and stacking for easy storage.
